The client had recently purchased this unit in the sought after Notts Ave Bondi & wanted to renovate before moving in. This included a full bathroom & separate laundry renovation. The bath was removed to create a large walk-in shower with a hob/ledge wall running the length of the room which was finished with a piece of black stone. Every mm of space was used in the laundry area which included a new WC with concealed cistern & joinery shelving to suit the clients clever design.

Project scope:

Full bathroom & laundry strip out.
Change layout of fixtures by renewing water & drainage services.
Install heated towel rails, new lighting, mech ventilation & LED strip lighting under shaving cabinets.
New Joinery for laundry.
