At Beau Reno we pride ourselves on being meticulously clean, we ensure at the end of each work day there is no mess & if we have floor protection down it will be vacuumed & mopped up. We know that builders in general are often messy, our staff don’t leave until the work area is cleaned. We don’t need to be told to remove work boots inside your home, its automatic.

Ken McDonald
Director and Co-Founder
I have been involved in the building industry for the last 35 years. Plumbing is my base trade and my experience spans from renovations of new houses to high rise commercial and residential towers. I have managed several business’s over this period and have also worked in the construction industry abroad, spending 5 years in France from 2009-2014.
Living in a foreign country was an enriching experience working alongside many other foreigners from Portugal to Eastern Europe. It is the same everywhere, people want their renovation to be a good experience & expect value for money. Beau Reno is a team of people who are all about delivering this. It is the ultimate privilege to have someone engage you to take on their renovation. Construction flows when management of trades is well organised. Building is & will always be a team effort. The engrained culture at Beau Reno is to be reliable, professional, tidy, accommodating & value for money.
Alessandro Mecali
Director and Co-Founder
Licensed builder born and raised in Montefiascone, a small town north of Rome, Italy. I was only 10 years old when I developed a passion for renovations, assisting my grandfather on our family home. In my eyes, renovations is more than just a career and over the years, I have honed in on my skills studying and practicing in several specialised firms first in Rome and now in Sydney, where I have lived for 11 years and where I am now partnering at Beau Reno.
My goal is to understand the needs of the client and adapt respecting their budget, and I achieve this and more, by adding my Italian classic taste to the modernity of the Australian lifestyle. Although much has changed from my childhood to today, I have kept the humanistic approach to work passed down from my grandfather. A house is not a concrete and brick structure; it is a place where you raise a family, where love blossoms, and a nest for the soul.
