The clients had 2 bathrooms they wanted renovated whilst they were OS. We had a tight timeline to fully strip out both rooms & have both bathrooms completed before they returned home. The layout had a few minor changes with the shaving cabinets being recessed into the wall of the main bathroom. The project was completed on time & on budget to the clients delight.

Project scope:

Full strip out of 2 bathrooms.
Under floor heating, heated towl rails, LED strip lighting, GPOs, switches, lighting & upgrading mech ventilation.
Insulate all light frame stud walls
Install of free-standing bath.
Painting of ceilings, doors & woodwork.
