Works completed:

Beau Reno worked with an architect with DA approval to take a wall out to enable a larger bathroom/laundry at the rear of this semi-detached home. We also transformed the front to enable off-street parking. The 6-week project was completed on time & on budget.

Project scope:

Full bathroom/laundry strip out, taking out a dividing internal wall & installing a new foundation slab for bathroom.
Change layout of fixtures by renewing water & drainage services.
Install under floor heating, heated towel rail, new lighting, switches & new vwntiation.
New Joinery for laundry.
Install new louvre window in shower area.
Take out front fence & adjust brick porch wall to allow for vehicle & side access.
Pour strip footings & brick pave for off street parking.
Reinstate levels & re-turf.
Organise, form, concrete driveway & footpath crossover.
