A family with young children & a small bathroom can become problematic. Our client had a separate WC room & a small bathroom next door. The wish from the client was to make a larger bathroom combining the two rooms by removing the dividing wall. The goal was to get a bath & separate shower into a bathroom that was not that big & of course not to feel cramped. We achieved this by moving the plumbing drainage. The next goal was to get plenty of storage, WC & a shower cubicle into the laundry room (currently with a tub, washing machine & some shelving) Both rooms had sliding doors which is a real space saver when you have tight spaces. Clever design was called on for both rooms, the end result was achieved with two new very functional bathrooms.
Project scope:
- New large main bathroom (taking out diving wall dividing separate WC)
- New laundry area incorporating new shower cubicle & WC.
- New joinery in laundry for closed storage.
- Painting & electrical.
