Works completed:

The existing downstairs bathroom was an ensuite off the downstairs bedroom. The space was tight & the clients wanted to keep a shower, WC & small vanity within whilst having the new entrance come off the hallway area, sealing off the old entrance into the bedroom. Beautiful marble herring-way tiles were used on 2 walls of the walls which are visible when you enter the bathroom. A double sliding corner shower screen had to be used as there was no space for hinged doors with the vanity & WC being either side of the shower. Brushed gold taps & accessories matched perfectly with the marble tiles.

Project scope:

Brick & render up old opening to bedroom.
Reposition drainage & water service for new layout.
Provide new lighting.
