By tweaking the drainage, a little this downstairs powder room with bath/shower has had a new lease of life. The client has chosen a beautiful marble floor tile which are complemented with the brushed gold taps & accessories.

Project scope:

Full bathroom strip out & laying of new foundation concrete slab.
New steel pressed bath with frameless folding shower screen.
Relocation of GPO, switches & install new downlights.
Reversing the swing of door to opposite side to create more space & better flow into the powder room.
