This large, oversized semi needed & facelift & our client, looking for ideas wasn’t set on how to proceed. Both upstairs bathrooms were tired & the house was dominated by dark timber doors & ancient light fittings. We proceeded in stages with upstairs being Stage 1: (redo 2 bathrooms / new lighting, switches & GPOs throughout / painting. Stage 2: building new laundry / new lighting, switches & GPOs throughout / new ceiling in kitchen / Joinery for TV area & bathroom / painting. This semi was transformed, the architectural downlights & pendant above the stairs set the tone & the timber doors & architraves being painted a semi-gloss was a game changer, brightening up the place.

There is nothing better than seeing happy clients appreciating their newly transformed home.
